- 5 Pappad
- 5 to 8 Green chilly
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
- Β½ tsp Coriander powder
- Β½ tsp Jeera
- Salt (As needed)
- 2 tsp Oil
- ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves (Few)
Instructions
- Tear papadam into pieces.
- In a mixie, add coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and jeera grind into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
- Add green chilly and saute it.
- Then add papadam pieces and saute them well.
- Add water and cook until green chilly cooked well.
- Add grinded coconut, salt and enough water into it.
- Cook for a few minutes or until it comes to gravy consistency.
- Papad curry is ready to serve with rice.
