Ellu urundai / Til ka laddu / Sesame laddu is a healthy ladoo recipe using black sesame seeds and jaggery. Sesame seeds are highly nutritious and have many health benefits. - 1 cup Black Sesame seeds
- Ā½ cup Palm jaggery/ jaggery/ country sugar
- 2 Cardamom
Instructions
- Take 1 cup of sesame seeds and dry roast well.
- Once roasted well allow it to cool down completely.
- In a mixer, add roasted sesame seeds and cardamom grind them well.
- Add jaggery into it and again grind it well.
- Transfer this into a mixing bowl.
- Make small balls out of the mixture.
- Ellu urundai / til laddu is ready to eat.
