- 6 Pappad
- 1 cup Maida
- Β½ cup Rice flour
- Yellow color (a pinch )
- ΒΌ cup Sugar
- Baking soda (A pinch)
- Water (as needed)
- Oil (For frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add maida, rice flour, sugar, yellow color, baking soda and water mix well. The batter should be a slightly thick consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take a pappad and dip in the batter. Coat the batter well on all sides of the pappad.
- Drop it into the hot oil.
- Fry both sides well on medium flame.
- Papad sweet bajji is ready to serve with tea.
