- 1 cup Raw Mango (chopped)
- Β½ cup Coconut
- 2 Green chili
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- Β½ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 piece Ginger
- Salt (as needed)
- 1 tsp Oil
- ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves (few)
Instructions
- In a mixer, add 1 cup chopped raw mango, Β½ cup of coconut, 2 green chilly, 1 tsp chilly powder, Β½ tsp turmeric powder, one piece of ginger and salt grind it into a slightly coarse paste.
- Transfer grinded chutney into a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
- Add this tempering into chutney and mix well.
- Mango chutney is ready to serve.
