This ghee rice korma can be prepared with veggies like onion, and tomato. First, grind tomato and cashew nut into a fine paste. Saute onion to golden brown and add ginger garlic paste, grinded tomato cashew mixture and some spices. Saute until oil separates. Add water to the thickness of the gravy.   • 1 Tomato (chopped)
  • 5 Cashewnut
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion (medium size chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1Β½ tsp Chilly powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Coriander powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Garam masala
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions

  • In a mixer, add tomato and cashew nuts and grind them into a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onion and saute until it turns golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste saute well.
  • Add grinded paste and saute well until oil separates.
  • Add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt saute well.
  • Add enough water to mix well.
  • Boil this for a few minutes. It should be a thick gravy consistency.
