- 1 cup Coconut
- 4 Green chilly
- Salt (As needed)
- 1 tsp Oil
- ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
- Β½ tsp Urad dhal
- 1 Red chilly
- Curry leaves (few)
- Water (As needed)
Instructions
- In a blender, add coconut and green chilly grind it into a smooth paste.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dhal, red chilly and curry leaves saute well.
- Add the coconut paste, salt and pour enough water into it.
- This curry slightly heat, switch off the stove. Donβt allow it to boil.
- Coconut chutney is ready to serve with idli or dosa.
