What is 5 Minutes Halwa
A healthy IndianĀ dessert recipeĀ prepared within few minutes. It is a healthy sweet which contains no sugar. ThisĀ Halwa recipeĀ is prepared using wheat flour and jaggery or country sugar. It is an instantĀ sweet recipe with less ingredients. In this dessert, I donāt add sugar and for sweetness, I add jaggery or country sugar. All we know that white sugar is not healthy. Cookery ParkIngredients
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- Ā½ cup Ghee
- 1Ā½ cup Jaggery / Country sugar
- Ā½ cup Water
- 10 Cashew nut
Instructions
- In a pan add 1 Ā½ cup of Jaggery/country sugar and Ā½ cup of water stir well.
- Boil it until jaggery dissolves.
- Heat Ā½ cup of ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts and fry well.
- Add 1 cup of wheat flour and stir well without lumps.
- stir this wheat flour continuously for few minutes on low flame until a nice aroma comes.
- Filter and add jaggery syrup into the wheat flour mixture and stir well.
- Stir well for few minutes until it thickens and ghee comes out of it. Instant halwa is ready to serve.

Note
1. If you do not want too much ghee, you can reduce the amount of ghee as you wish.
