- 1Β½ cup Sugar
- ΒΌ cup Ghee
- 10 Cashewnut
- Β½ tsp Cardamom powder
- Colour powder (optional)
Instructions
- Take 10 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
- In a mixer, add peeled bananas grind them into a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add Cashewnut and fry well.
- Add grinded banana paste and saute for few minutes on low flame.
- Add colour powder (optional) mix well.
- Add cardamom powder mix well.
- Add 1 Β½ cup sugar mix well.
- Cook until it comes to halwa consistency on low flame.
- Banana Halwa is ready to serve.
