- 1 cup Cucumber (chopped)
- 2 cup Milk (boiled & cooled)
- Ā½ cup Dates
- 3 Cardamom
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Take 1 cup chopped cucumber pieces.
- In a mixer, add cucumber, 1/2 cup of dates, cardamom, ice cubes and 1/2 cup of milk grind it smoothly.
- Once grinded well, add remaining milk and grind well.
- Pour the grinded mixture into a filter and filter the juice.
- Pour the milkshake into a serving cup and finally add chopped dates to it.
- Tasty cucumber dates milkshake or cucumber dates smoothie is ready to serve
