- 1 cup Gram flour
- ΒΌ cup Rice flour
- Baking soda (a pinch)
- Salt (as needed)
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
- Β½ tsp Asafoetida
- Red color (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, add 1 cup of besan flour, ΒΌ cup of rice flour, salt, asafoetida, chilly powder, turmeric powder, red color and baking soda.
- Sieve the flour well using a siever and breakthe lumps in it.
- Store the bajji flour in an air tight container. Homemade bajji bonda mix is ready to make spicy bajjis or bondas.
