How to devein Shrimp

How to make Spicy Garlic Shrimp Noodles

Step 1: Prepare Rice Noodles

Cook the noodles until they cooked well. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Keep the noodles aside.

Step 2: Prepare Spicy Garlic Sauce

In a small bowl, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Stir all ingredients together until they mixed well. Keep the sauce aside.

Step 3: Add Garlic and Shrimp

Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add minced garlic to the pan and saute for a few minutes until aroma comes.

 Add peeled and deveined shrimp, salt and pepper to the pan. Cook this for a few minutes until they cooked well. Once cooked well, remove the shrimp from the pan and keep them aside.

Step 4: Add sauce and noodles

In the same pan, add chicken broth and boil it on low flame. Add already prepared spicy garlic sauce to the pan. Stir sauce and broth continuously until they combined well. Cook this for a few minutes on low flame.

Add cooked rice noodles to the pan and mix well in the sauce until coated well. Cook noodles in the sauce for a few minutes.
