  • 6 Small Banana
  • 1 cup Maida
  • Β½ cup Sugar
  • ΒΌ tsp Baking soda
  • Β½ tsp Cardamom

Instructions

  • Take 6 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
  • In a mixer, add peeled bananas and Β½ cup sugar grind it into a smooth paste.
  • In a mixing bowl, add grinded banana paste, 1 cup maida, ΒΌ tsp baking soda and Β½ tsp cardamom powder.
  • Mix the dough without lumps. It should be a smooth creamy consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take a small amount of dough using a hand or spoon and put it into the hot oil.
  • Within few minutes, it bubbles like small balls.
  • Fry all the sides well on a low flame until it turns golden brown color.
  • Banana Balls or Banana fritters are ready to serve with hot tea.
