- 6 Small Banana
- 1 cup Maida
- Β½ cup Sugar
- ΒΌ tsp Baking soda
- Β½ tsp Cardamom
Instructions
- Take 6 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
- In a mixer, add peeled bananas and Β½ cup sugar grind it into a smooth paste.
- In a mixing bowl, add grinded banana paste, 1 cup maida, ΒΌ tsp baking soda and Β½ tsp cardamom powder.
- Mix the dough without lumps. It should be a smooth creamy consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Take a small amount of dough using a hand or spoon and put it into the hot oil.
- Within few minutes, it bubbles like small balls.
- Fry all the sides well on a low flame until it turns golden brown color.
- Banana Balls or Banana fritters are ready to serve with hot tea.
