- 8 Papad
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- Β½ tsp Red chilly powder
- ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
- ΒΌ tsp Garam masala
- Salt (as needed)
- Curry leaves ( few chopped)
- Coriander leaves ( few chopped)
- 3 tsp Maida
- Water (as needed)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt mix well.
- In a bowl, add maida and water make it into a smooth paste.
- Take a papad and dip in water until it becomes smooth.
- Add onion mix in the onion of papad and fold like samosa and stick the edges by applying maida paste.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all samosas on a low flame.
- Instant papad samosa is ready to serve with hot tea.
