- Β½ cup Onion (chopped)
- ΒΌ cup Tomato (chopped)
- 1 Green chilly (chopped)
- few Curry leaves (chopped)
- few Coriander leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt (as needed)
Instructions
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and saute until it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped green chilly and saute well.
- Add ΒΌ cup chopped tomato and saute well.
- Add finely chopped curry leaves and saute for a few minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add three eggs and salt and beat it well with a whisk.
- Add these beaten eggs to sauteed veggies and mix them slightly.
- Cover and cook this for a few minutes.
- After a few minutes, stir well and add a few chopped coriander leaves into it.
