- 2 cup Yellow Pumpkin
- Β½ cup Coconut
- 3 Green chilly
- 4 Small onion
- ΒΌ tsp Jeera
- Β½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt (As needed)
- Oil (As needed)
- ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves (few)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
- Add chopped pumpkin and salt stir well.
- Cover and cook until pumpkin cooked well.
- Add turmeric powder and stir well.
- In a mixer, add coconut, green chilly, small onion and jeera grind it coarsely.
- Add grinded coconut into pumpkin stir well and cook for few minutes.
- Tasty Pumpkin poriyal / Pumpkin stir fry is ready to serve with rice.
