Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Yellow Pumpkin
  • Β½ cup Coconut
  • 3 Green chilly
  • 4 Small onion
  • ΒΌ tsp Jeera
  • Β½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt (As needed)
  • Oil (As needed)
  • ΒΌ tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (few)

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
  • Add chopped pumpkin and salt stir well.
  • Cover and cook until pumpkin cooked well.
  • Add turmeric powder and stir well.
  • In a mixer, add coconut, green chilly, small onion and jeera grind it coarsely.
  • Add grinded coconut into pumpkin stir well and cook for few minutes.
  • Tasty Pumpkin poriyal / Pumpkin stir fry is ready to serve with rice.
