- Ā½ cup Jaggery
- 3 Cardamom
Instructions
- In a pan, add 1 cup of peanuts and dry roast well.
- Allow roasted peanuts to cool and remove the skin of the peanuts.
- In a mixer, add roasted peanuts and grind them coarsely.
- Add cardamom and Ā½ cup of jaggery and grind them together. Grind well until Peanut starts leaving oil.
- Transfer grinded peanuts into a bowl.
- Take a small portion of grinded peanut and shape it into ladoos.
- Delicious and healthy peanut ladoo is ready.
