For this coconut ladoo, cook desiccated coconut/Ā coconut powder / fresh coconut in milk and add sugar for sweetness. Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts mix together and make delicious ladoos. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 1Ā½ cup Milk
  • Ā¾ cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 10 Cashew nut (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated coconut (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add 1 Ā½ cup of milk and cook for a few minutes.
  • After a few minutes, milk evaporates and the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Add Ā¾ cup sugar and mix well.
  • After a few minutes, the sugar dissolves and it turns watery.
  • Stir well and cook this for a few minutes. After a few minutes, it starts to thicken.
  • Finally, add cashew nuts and cardamom powder mix well.
  • Allow this mixture to cool.
  • Once cooled well, take a small portion out of this mixture and shape it as a laddu.
  • Roll the laddu into the desiccated coconut.
  • Delicious coconut laddu is ready to melt in the mouth.
