Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Moong dal
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Cardamom
  • Ghee (As needed)
  • 10 Cashew nut

Instructions

  • In a pan, add 1 cup of moong dal and dry roast well.
  • Allow roasted moong dal to cool.
  • In a mixer, add roasted moong dal and cardamom and grind it into powder.
  • Transfer grinded moong dal into a bowl.
  • Add 1 cup of sugar and grind it into powder.
  • Transfer powdered sugar into grinded moong dal and mix well.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add cashew nuts and roast it well.
  • Add this ghee mixture into the moong dal flour and mix well.
  • Take a small portion of it and shape it into ladoos.
  • Delicious moong dal ladoo is ready.
