Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut
  • ½ cup Jaggery
  • 3 Cardamom

Instructions

  • In a pan, add 1 cup of peanuts and dry roast well.
  • Allow roasted peanuts to cool and remove the skin of the peanuts.
  • In a mixer, add roasted peanuts and grind them coarsely.
  • Add cardamom and ½ cup of jaggery and grind them together. Grind well until Peanut starts leaving oil.
  • Transfer grinded peanuts into a bowl.
  • Take a small portion of grinded peanut and shape it into ladoos.
  • Delicious and healthy peanut ladoo is ready.
