Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup Ghee
  • cup Jaggery / Country sugar
  • ½ cup Water
  • 10 Cashew nut

Instructions

  • In a pan add 1 ½ cup of Jaggery/country sugar and ½ cup of water stir well.
  • Boil it until jaggery dissolves.
  • Heat ½ cup of ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts and fry well.
  • Add 1 cup of wheat flour and stir well without lumps.
  • stir this wheat flour continuously for few minutes on low flame until a nice aroma comes.
  • Filter and add jaggery syrup into the wheat flour mixture and stir well.
  • Stir well for few minutes until it thickens and ghee comes out of it. Instant halwa is ready to serve.
