- 1 cup Wheat flour
- ½ cup Ghee
- 1½ cup Jaggery / Country sugar
- ½ cup Water
- 10 Cashew nut
In a pan add 1 ½ cup of Jaggery/country sugar and ½ cup of water stir well.
Boil it until jaggery dissolves.
Heat ½ cup of ghee in a pan, add cashew nuts and fry well.
Add 1 cup of wheat flour and stir well without lumps.
stir this wheat flour continuously for few minutes on low flame until a nice aroma comes.
Filter and add jaggery syrup into the wheat flour mixture and stir well.
Stir well for few minutes until it thickens and ghee comes out of it. Instant halwa is ready to serve.
