Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Honey ( optional )
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • a handful spinach or kale ( optional )
  • Ice cubes ( optional )

Instructions

  • Peel off the avocado and remove the pit and peel off the banana skin.
  • In a blender, add avocado, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (optional), lemon juice and spinach or kale (optional).
  • Grind it into a smooth mixture.
  • Add ice cubes and grind it again until the smoothie is chilled.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness. If want add more honey for sweetness and add lemon juice for a tangy taste.
  • Pour the smoothy grinded smoothie into a glass and garnish with chia seeds.
  • Avocado and banana smoothie is ready to serve.
