Peel off the avocado and remove the pit and peel off the banana skin.
In a blender, add avocado, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, honey (optional), lemon juice and spinach or kale (optional).
Grind it into a smooth mixture.
Add ice cubes and grind it again until the smoothie is chilled.
Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness. If want add more honey for sweetness and add lemon juice for a tangy taste.
Pour the smoothy grinded smoothie into a glass and garnish with chia seeds.
Avocado and banana smoothie is ready to serve.
