In a large bowl, add chopped avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, corn kernels, black beans, coriander leaves and jalapeno pepper. Stir well until combined.
In a separate small bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add this dressing to the avocado mixture and stir well until the dressing is coated with all the ingredients evenly.
Rest the salad for 10 minutes.
Again, mix the salad before serving.
Finally, garnish the avocado salad with fresh coriander leaves.
