Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 small Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp Crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Pepper (as needed)

Instructions

  • Take bread slices and toast until it turns golden and crispy.
  • In a mixing bowl, add ripe avocado and mash it well until it turns creamy.
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to mashed avocado and mix well.
  • Take some avocado mixture and spread it evenly on both slices of bread toast.
  • Add sliced tomatoes, red onions and spinach leaves on top of the avocado mixture.
  • Add crumbled feta cheese above the vegetables.
  • Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the toast.
  • Avocado toast is ready to serve.
