Take bread slices and toast until it turns golden and crispy.
In a mixing bowl, add ripe avocado and mash it well until it turns creamy.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper to mashed avocado and mix well.
Take some avocado mixture and spread it evenly on both slices of bread toast.
Add sliced tomatoes, red onions and spinach leaves on top of the avocado mixture.
Add crumbled feta cheese above the vegetables.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the toast.
Avocado toast is ready to serve.
