Bajji milagai pakoda / Mirchi pakora is a deep-fried snack recipe prepared using bajji chilly, gram flour and spices. It is one of the Indian spicy snacks recipes to have with hot tea. Chilly pakoda is easy evening snacks or quick tea-time snacks prepared along with tea in a few minutes.
Add 1 tsp oil and mix well. Don’t add water. Combine all ingredients well until the flour stick to the vegetables. If necessary, sprinkle some water into it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take some portion of the bajji chilly mixture and sprinkle it in hot oil.
Fry all sides of bajji chilly pakora on medium flame until it turns crispy and golden brown.
Crispy bajji chilly pakora is ready to serve with hot tea.
