Take 6 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
In a mixer, add peeled bananas and ½ cup sugar grind it into a smooth paste.
In a mixing bowl, add grinded banana paste, 1 cup maida, ¼ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp cardamom powder.
Mix the dough without lumps. It should be a smooth creamy consistency.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a small amount of dough using a hand or spoon and put it into the hot oil.
Within few minutes, it bubbles like small balls.
Fry all the sides well on a low flame until it turns golden brown color.
Banana Balls or Banana fritters are ready to serve with hot tea.
