Take 10 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
In a mixer, add peeled bananas grind them into a smooth paste.
Heat ghee in a pan, add Cashewnut and fry well.
Add grinded banana paste and saute for few minutes on low flame.
Add colour powder (optional) mix well.
Add cardamom powder mix well.
Add 1 ½ cup sugar mix well.
Cook until it comes to halwa consistency on low flame.
Banana Halwa is ready to serve.
