Take 10 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
In a mixer, add peeled bananas grind them into a smooth paste.
In a pan add 1 ½ cup of Jaggery and ¼ cup of water stir well.
Boil it until jaggery dissolves.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add Coconut pieces and fry well.
Then add cashew nut fry well and take it out from the pan and keep aside.
Add grinded banana paste and saute for few minutes.
Filter and add the jaggery syrup stir well for few minutes.
Once the halwa starts to thicken add cardamom powder mix well.
Finally, add fried coconut pieces stir well and cook until it turns halwa consistency.
Delicious healthy banana halwa is ready to serve.
