Ingredients
  

  • 10 Small Banana
  • cup Jaggery
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • ¼ cup Coconut pieces
  • 10 Cashewnut
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Take 10 small bananas and Peel off the skin.
  • In a mixer, add peeled bananas grind them into a smooth paste.
  • In a pan add 1 ½ cup of Jaggery and ¼ cup of water stir well.
  • Boil it until jaggery dissolves.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan, add Coconut pieces and fry well.
  • Then add cashew nut fry well and take it out from the pan and keep aside.
  • Add grinded banana paste and saute for few minutes.
  • Filter and add the jaggery syrup stir well for few minutes.
  • Once the halwa starts to thicken add cardamom powder mix well.
  • Finally, add fried coconut pieces stir well and cook until it turns halwa consistency.
  • Delicious healthy banana halwa is ready to serve.
