Ingredients
  

  • 7 pieces Chicken
  • 3 tsp Chilly powder
  • ΒΌ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chicken masala
  • 2 piece Ginger
  • 10 to 15 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • Coriander leaves (few chopped)
  • Mint leaves (few chopped)
  • Oil (As needed)

Instructions

  • Cut chicken into large pieces.
  • In a mixer, add ginger, garlic, chilly powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, chicken masala, lemon juice grind into a smooth paste.
  • Add grinded paste, salt, coriander leaves and mint leaves mix well.
  • Marinate the chicken and rest it for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add marinated chicken pieces into the hot oil.
  • Fry both sides of chicken pieces on a low flame.
  • Fry chicken until it turns brown in color and is cooked well.
  • Tasty Chicken fry is ready to serve.
