Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Beetroot (finely grated)
  • 1 cup Desiccated coconut
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Ghee
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 10 Cashewnut

Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add cashew nuts and roasted it well. Take it out and keep it aside.
  • Add grated beetroot and desiccated coconut saute for a few minutes.
  • Add 1 ½ cup of milk and cook for a few minutes.
  • After a few minutes, milk evaporates and the beetroot mixture starts to thicken.
  • Add ¾ cup sugar and mix well.
  • After a few minutes, the sugar dissolves and it turns watery.
  • Stir well and cook this for a few minutes. After a few minutes, it starts to thicken.
  • Finally, add roasted cashew nuts and cardamom powder mix well.
  • Allow this mixture to cool.
  • Once cooled well, take a small portion out of this mixture and shape it as a laddu.
  • Roll the laddu into the desiccated coconut.
  • Delicious coconut Beetroot laddu is ready to melt in the mouth.
