Heat ghee in a pan.
Add 2 cups of desiccated coconut and saute for a few minutes.
Add 1 cup jaggery and mix well.
After a few minutes, the jaggery dissolves.
Stir well and cook this for a few minutes. After a few minutes, it starts to thicken.
Finally, add cashew nuts and cardamom powder mix well.
Allow this mixture to cool.
Once cooled well, take a small portion out of this mixture and shape it as a laddu.
Delicious coconut jaggery laddu is ready to melt in the mouth.
