Cucumber dates milkshake is a healthy smoothie recipe prepared with Cucumber, milk, dates and cardamom. It is one of the healthy and easy breakfast smoothie recipes prepared in a few minutes.

1 cup Cucumber (chopped) 2 cup Milk (boiled & cooled) ½ cup Dates 3 Cardamom Ice cubes (optional)
Take 1 cup chopped cucumber pieces.
In a mixer, add cucumber, 1/2 cup of dates, cardamom, ice cubes and 1/2 cup of milk grind it smoothly.
Once grinded well, add remaining milk and grind well.
Pour the grinded mixture into a filter and filter the juice.
Pour the milkshake into a serving cup and finally add chopped dates to it.
