Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cucumber (chopped)
  • 2 cup Milk (boiled & cooled)
  • ½ cup Dates
  • 3 Cardamom
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup chopped cucumber pieces.
  • In a mixer, add cucumber, 1/2 cup of dates, cardamom, ice cubes and 1/2 cup of milk grind it smoothly.
  • Once grinded well, add remaining milk and grind well.
  • Pour the grinded mixture into a filter and filter the juice.
  • Pour the milkshake into a serving cup and finally add chopped dates to it.
  • Tasty cucumber dates milkshake or cucumber dates smoothie is ready to serve
