Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cucumber (grated)
  • 1 cup Curd (or as needed)
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • ¼ tsp Cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp Chilly powder
  • few Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt (As needed)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of curd, 1 cup of finely grated cucumber, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp chilly powder, a few chopped coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix all of them together. If needed add more curd and mix well.
  • Instant no-cook cucumber raita is ready to serve.
