Cucumber raita is an instant side dish for rice prepared using cucumber, curd and spices. It is no cook raita recipe prepared in a few minutes. This raita is a healthy side dish for rice. It is a quick cucumber recipe prepared with less ingredients. It goes well with rice and pickle.
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of curd, 1 cup of finely grated cucumber, 1/4 tsp pepper powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin powder, 1/4 tsp chilly powder, a few chopped coriander leaves and salt.
Mix all of them together. If needed add more curd and mix well.
