Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg
  • Salt ( as needed)
  • ½ tsp Pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves (few chopped)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Maida
  • Oil (as needed)

Instructions

  • Take two eggs and break them into a bowl.
  • Beat the eggs well.
  • Add salt, pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, 1 cup milk and 1 cup maida mix well without lumps.
  • Heat a dosa Tawa, spread some oil. Pour the batter and spread it into a thin layer.
  • Cook both sides well on low flame. Eating this also very tasty.
  • Add one egg above the paratha and spread it well on all sides.
  • Add few chopped coriander leaves.
  • Cook both sides well in a low flame.
  • Instant Egg paratha is ready to serve.
