Take two eggs and break them into a bowl.
Beat the eggs well.
Add salt, pepper powder, chopped coriander leaves, 1 cup milk and 1 cup maida mix well without lumps.
Heat a dosa Tawa, spread some oil. Pour the batter and spread it into a thin layer.
Cook both sides well on low flame. Eating this also very tasty.
Add one egg above the paratha and spread it well on all sides.
Add few chopped coriander leaves.
Cook both sides well in a low flame.
Instant Egg paratha is ready to serve.
