Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Black Sesame seeds
  • ½ cup Palm jaggery/ jaggery/ country sugar
  • 2 Cardamom

Instructions

  • Take 1 cup of sesame seeds and dry roast well.
  • Once roasted well allow it to cool down completely.
  • In a mixer, add roasted sesame seeds and cardamom grind them well.
  • Add jaggery into it and again grind it well.
  • Transfer this into a mixing bowl.
  • Make small balls out of the mixture.
  • Ellu urundai / til laddu is ready to eat.
