Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup White Pumpkin (chopped)
  • Ginger (a small piece)
  • Coriander leaves (few)
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Peel off the skin, remove the seeds and cut the white pumpkin into pieces.
  • In a mixer, add white pumpkin, a small piece of ginger, coriander leaves and water and grind it smoothly.
  • Filter the pumpkin juice using a strainer.
  • Fresh white pumpkin juice / poosanikai juice is ready to drink.
