Cut slits in the chicken pieces and keep them aside.
In a bowl, add milk and lemon juice mix well until milk is curdled.
Add 1 egg and beat well.
Add salt, 1 tsp chilly powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp pepper powder and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste mix well.
Add chicken pieces and dip them in the masala mixture.
Cover and rest it for at least 3 hours.
In a bowl, add maida, cornflour, chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt mix well.
After 3 hours, take marinated chicken pieces and dip them in the flour mixture.
Press it and coat all sides of the chicken with flour. Shake the chicken and remove the extra flour.
Take cold water in a bowl and dip the coated chicken piece in cold water.
Again, dip the chicken piece in a flour mixture.
Press it well and coat all sides of the chicken with flour. Shake the chicken and remove the extra flour.
Flaky chicken pieces are ready to fry.
Heat oil in a pan.
Drop chicken pieces one by one in hot oil.
Fry chicken pieces in low flame until chicken is cooked well and it turns crispy.
Crispy and juicy fried chicken are ready.
