Cut small slits in the Prawn.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt and lemon juice mix well.
Rest it for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl, add maida, chilly powder, pepper powder and salt mix well.
After 30 minutes, take marinated prawns and dip them in the flour mixture. Press it and coat all sides of the prawn with flour. Shake the prawn and remove the extra flour.
Take one egg in a bowl and mix well.
Dip the coated Prawn in egg.
Again, dip the prawn in a flour mixture. Press it well and coat all sides of the prawn with flour. Shake the prawn and remove the extra flour.
Flaky prawns are ready to fry.
Heat oil in a pan.
Drop prawns one by one in hot oil.
Fry prawns in medium flame until prawns are cooked well and it turns crispy.
Crispy and juicy fried prawns are ready.
