Ingredients
  

  • 5 Drumstick
  • 15 Small onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 3 Green chilly
  • Salt (As needed)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (few)

To grind

  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • Tamarind (Gooseberry size)
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Jeera powder

Instructions

  • Peel off the skin and cut drumstick into lengthwise pieces.
  • In a blender, add coconut, garlic, tamarind, chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder and water grind it coarsely.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add chopped small onion, green chilly, tomato and drumstick mix well.
  • Add grinded coconut, salt and enough water into it.
  • Cover and cook until drumstick cooks well.
  • Drumstick curry is ready to serve with rice.
