To make a filling, take a mixing bowl and add aval, jaggery and coconut mix well and keep aside.
Peel off the skin and cut a slit in the center of the banana.
Take some filling and filled in the center of the banana and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl, add Maida, yellow color, salt, baking soda and water mix well and make a slightly thick batter.
Take a banana and dipped it in the batter and Coat the batter well on all sides of the banana.
Drop it in the hot oil and fry both sides well on medium flame.
Once fried well and it turns a golden color, take out from oil.
Tasty valapazham roast is ready to serve with hot tea.
