In a mixie, add omam coarsely grind it and then add water grind well and filter the omam water keep aside.
In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, asafoetida and salt. Heat oil and add into the flour mix well
Add omam water little by little and make a smooth dough.
Fill the dough in a sev mould.
Heat oil in a pan and press the dough in the hot oil.
Fry both sides of omapodi in medium flame until it turns crispy.
Once all dough finished, add curry leaves into the oil and fry well.
Add fried curry leaves into omapodi.
Once it cools down, break it into pieces and store it in an airtight container.
