Ingredients
  

  • 6 Pappad
  • 1 cup Maida
  • ½ cup Rice flour
  • Yellow color (a pinch )
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • Baking soda (A pinch)
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil (For frying)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add maida, rice flour, sugar, yellow color, baking soda and water mix well. The batter should be a slightly thick consistency.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Take a pappad and dip in the batter. Coat the batter well on all sides of the pappad.
  • Drop it into the hot oil.
  • Fry both sides well on medium flame.
  • Papad sweet bajji is ready to serve with tea.
