Rice flour
Yellow color
(a pinch )

Sugar
Baking soda
(A pinch)
Water
(as needed)
Oil
(For frying)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add maida, rice flour, sugar, yellow color, baking soda and water mix well. The batter should be a slightly thick consistency.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take a pappad and dip in the batter. Coat the batter well on all sides of the pappad.
Drop it into the hot oil.
Fry both sides well on medium flame.
Papad sweet bajji is ready to serve with tea.
