Tear papadam into pieces.
In a mixie, add coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and jeera grind into a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
Add green chilly and saute it.
Then add papadam pieces and saute them well.
Add water and cook until green chilly cooked well.
Add grinded coconut, salt and enough water into it.
Cook for a few minutes or until it comes to gravy consistency.
Papad curry is ready to serve with rice.
