Fry papadam and break it into small pieces keep it aside
In a mixie, add coconut, jeera, red chilly powder and turmeric powder grind coarsely
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chilly, urad dhal and curry leaves
Add chopped small onions and salt saute well until it turns golden brown
Add coarsely grinded coconut saute well
Finally, add papadam pieces and stir well
Papadam thoran / Papadam poriyal is ready to serve with rice.
