Ingredients
  

  • 5 pieces Fish
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Curry leaves (few)
  • Salt (as needed)

Instructions

  • Take cleaned fish pieces in a bowl.
  • Add Pepper powder, Turmeric powder, Ginger garlic paste, Lemon juice, Curry leaves and Salt mix well.
  • Rest the fish for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a Pan.
  • Add fish pieces one by one.
  • Fry both sides of the fish on a medium flame until it is cooked well.
  • Tasty Pepper fish fry is ready to serve.
