In a mixing bowl, add chilly powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, corn flour, maida, gram flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and egg.
Mix well into a smooth paste without any lumps.

Marinate and rest it for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Take prawns and drop them one by one in hot oil.
