In a pan, heat ghee and roast the cashewnuts well.
Then add raisins roast until it bubbles and keep aside.
In the same pan, add rava and roast untilnice aroma comes and keep aside.
In the same pan, add water, yellow food colour, cardamom and ghee.
Once water boiled well, add roasted rava little by little and stir well without lumps.
Once rava cooked and thickened, add sugar and mix well.
All sugar crystals melts and the rava mixture turns watery.
Stir continuously until it thicken well.
Add roasted cashew nut and raisins mix well.
Tasty rava kesari is ready to melts in mouth.
