Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw Mango (chopped)
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • Salt (as needed)
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves (few)

Instructions

  • In a mixer, add 1 cup chopped raw mango, ½ cup of coconut, 2 green chilly, 1 tsp chilly powder, ½ tsp turmeric powder, one piece of ginger and salt grind it into a slightly coarse paste.
  • Transfer grinded chutney into a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds and curry leaves saute well.
  • Add this tempering into chutney and mix well.
  • Mango chutney is ready to serve.
