Ingredients
  

  • 8 Papad
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Red chilly powder
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
  • Salt (as needed)
  • Curry leaves ( few chopped)
  • Coriander leaves ( few chopped)
  • 3 tsp Maida
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt mix well.
  • In a bowl, add maida and water make it into a smooth paste.
  • Take a papad and dip in water until it becomes smooth.
  • Add onion mix in the onion of papad and fold like samosa and stick the edges by applying maida paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all samosas on a low flame.
  • Instant papad samosa is ready to serve with hot tea.
