In a mixing bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt mix well.
In a bowl, add maida and water make it into a smooth paste.
Take a papad and dip in water until it becomes smooth.
Add onion mix in the onion of papad and fold like samosa and stick the edges by applying maida paste.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all samosas on a low flame.
Instant papad samosa is ready to serve with hot tea.
