Crush Sundakkai and wash it well with water and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and saute well.
Add chopped onion and green chilly saute well on low flame until it turns golden brown.
Add washed Sundakkai and saute well for a few minutes.
Add chopped tomato and saute for a few minutes.
Cover and cook for a few minutes on low flame until Sundakkai cooked well.
Once Sundakkai is cooked well, add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and saute it well until a nice aroma comes.
Add eggs and mix well with Sundakkai.
Cover and cook for a few minutes on low flame.
After a few minutes stir well on low flame.
Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and stir well.
