Tapioca chips / Maravalli kilangu chips is a tasty chips recipe especially made in south India. It can be prepared using Tapioca/ kappa/ maravalli kilangu.

2 medium size Tapioca Salt ( as needed) Red chilly powder (as needed) Oil (for frying)
Peel off the skin and wash the Tapioca well.
Cut tapioca into thin round slices and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add tapioca slices one by one and fry on high flame.
Fry until it turns golden brown color and crispy.
Once fried, take it out from the oil and add it to a mixing bowl.
Add salt and red chilly powder and mix it well.
Crispy Tapioca chips is ready to serve with hot tea.
